At Bury St Edmunds Golf Club, we are proud to offer our spectacular clubhouse as a venue hire for corporate events and private parties. Our function rooms boast stunning views of our golf course, making it the perfect setting for whatever your private event.
We can cater for up to 120 people if seated, and 90 if a dancefloor is required, making our venue hire perfect for a wide variety of events, including Business and corporate meetings, Funerals, Christmas parties, Wedding receptions and Birthday parties.

We cater for funeral receptions here at Bury St Edmunds Golf Club, and with a warm and gentle approach to the circumstances, we aim to provide a simple & effective service for the family & friends concerned. Shown below, is our private function room, which holds up to 70 people, and provides a memorable outlook over the golf course.
We have a range of menus available to choose from all of which are available to view below. The most common menu guests choose is the par menu.
Each menu offers something for everyone, with a wide range of hot and cold food available, and both are always well received. We have a fully licensed bar, should your guests wish to get an alcoholic or soft drink, or if you wish we can set up a bar tab to be added to your final payment.
When the weather allows it, guests are invited to enjoy the veranda. The tranquil setting offers the perfect opportunity for some private reflection, or celebrating life with loved ones.
