The Montgomerie Suite on the 1st floor has lift access, is fully air-conditioned, has its own bar and can accommodate up to 140 delegates theatre style. Other room arrangements can, of course, be accommodated.

The Napier Room is our largest and most sought-after event space.
With a prominent position at the front of the Clubhouse overlooking the paddock, the room is flooded by natural daylight and has a balcony for break-outs.
The room benefits from an in-built PA system, lectern and microphone and large projector and screen. Further portable TV screens can be provided if required.
Seating for 250 theatre style or 176 cabaret style makes this room perfect for conferences, awards ceremonies, screenings, special occasions, exhibitions and networking events
The Bluebird room offers a superb space for events of all occasions, from wedding ceremonies to corporate meetings, for up to 100 guests.
There is an abundance of natural daylight with windows on 3 sides of the room, whilst access to the nearby Motoring Exhibition is very easy. The room inter-connects to both the Napier room and the Members bar and is where evening entertainment takes place.
The Members Bar is a beautiful room with Art Deco features and is a room which is perfect for drinks receptions, small family gatherings, afternoon tea and even a syndicate room for corporate meetings.
There is a balcony that runs along the length of the Bar for those who wish to bask in the sunlight, overlooking the Motoring Village.
The Ford Room is a great room for smaller business meetings or for private dining for up to 20 guests.
Also having access to the south-facing balcony, the room enjoys natural daylight and a more intimate feel.
Book a Concorde Experience for your guests and enjoy this iconic aircraft, learning about the history of aviation and seeing the memorabilia on display. Have a virtual flight and watch a video of Concorde flying at speed at high altitude to relive the feeling of grandeur! Sip Champagne on board to enhance the occasion - how decadent!
Or get married on board for an extra special occasion! 30 of your friends and family can sit in the front cabin whilst you say 'I do' , with standing room for a further 28 guests in the rear cabin.
Book your drinks reception in the Aircraft factory and learn about the Wellington bomber that was rescued from Loch Ness. Watch the tinmakers demos and see how the aircrew lived in bygone days.
The Motoring Village has our classic collection of bikes and cars, such as the immaculate Napier Railton and Daisy, the car ridden by our founder, Ethel Locke-King. Hear the stewards share their knowledge of the exhibits whilst you sip Champagne and enjoy delicious canapes, or simply book a private guided tour - the choice is yours!
Of course, you may have a small number of delegates and do not require the space that the Montgomerie Suite can offer in which case our Conference Room can seat twelve people in boardroom style format.

The Scottish Event Campus (SEC) is set to welcome the world’s leading mathematicians in 2030, when Glasgow hosts the International Congress of Mathematicians (ICM) for the first time.The Congress, which is held every four years and will see thousands of mathematicians and delegates from around the world gather in Glasgow, includes the presentation of the prestigious Fields Medal, which featured in the Oscar-winning movie ‘Good Will Hunting’.Often described as the “Nobel Prize of Mathematics”, the Fields Medal is awarded to between two and four mathematicians under the age of 40 in recognition of outstanding mathematical achievement.The prestigious accolade was a central reference point in the classic movie which told the story of a mathematical genius hiding in plain-sight and received a slew of Oscar nominations in 1998 and saw Robin Williams win Best Supporting Actor and Ben Affleck and Matt Damon Best Original Screenplay.The successful bid to bring the ICM to Glasgow was supported by academics from the University of Glasgow, built around a broader and ambitious vision of accessibility, collaboration and global participation and the message: ‘People Make Mathematics’.For the SEC, securing the Congress enhances its reputation as a destination for some of the world’s largest and most influential academic gatherings. The Campus recently hosted the AGU Ocean Sciences Meeting in February 2026, attracting more than 6,500 scientists, students and policymakers to Glasgow.
