RED BULL TECHNOLOGY GROUP PREDICTS CONTINUED FOCUS ON LUXURY MARKET

18th Red Bull Technology Group predicts that luxury experiences will continue to be a key driver in the 2025 events market, as the F1 brand maintains focus on its infrastructure and state-of-the-art facilities. Last year the team launched the latest upgrade to its Milton Keynes Technology Campus, as it unveiled a new 46.25 metre LED screen in their main auditorium, MK-7. The screen, supplied by PPDS, is one of the biggest indoor dvLED wall in Europe and provides the perfect backdrop to its fleet of F1 cars. The Team’s Group Guest Experience Director, Nick Kenton, commented: “We continue to see huge interest from brands wishing to incorporate the fast-paced, innovative world of F1 into their events. We partner with suppliers who support our vision to offer the brands the absolute best setting for their business events and we are excited to continue building on this in 2025.” Among the venue team’s partners is catering company, Baxter Storey, who this year celebrated its 20th birthday and in 2023 was recognised as the first-ever business and industry sector caterer to achieve ‘World Class’ status by Hospitality Assured. Kents Hill Park, part of The Venues Collection, is pleased to announce the completion of its restaurant refurbishment. The new space, called The Hub, features a modern design with features shaped by customer feedback, creating a more inviting and contemporary dining experience. The Hub offers a versatile space for dining and networking. With multiple food stations serving a wide range of dishes, customers can quickly select their preferred meal and enjoy it in the revamped dining area, featuring new furniture, tables, and décor for a comfortable and relaxing experience. In addition to the aesthetic and practical upgrades, sustainability has been a core consideration throughout the project. One example of this is the introduction of more sustainably made tableware, including crockery and cutlery from Churchill, a UK-based company known for its responsible sourcing and environmentally conscious production methods. This focus on sustainability reflects The Venues Collection’s commitment to making choices that benefit both guests and the planet. The Venues Collection is focused on ensuring its broader supply chain aligns with its sustainability goals. By working with suppliers who share the same environmental values, such as Churchill for crockery and cutlery and ethically sourced tea and coffee, the Group is reducing its environmental impact while maintaining high standards. All menus display the carbon footprint of dishes and prioritise British grown ingredients with fewer air miles. 50% of menus are plant forward meals and all desserts are made without dairy to reduce greenhouse emissions. “We’ve designed this new space with our guests in mind, taking into account their feedback to ensure a dining experience that is both contemporary and welcoming,” said Simon Thatcher, General Manager of Kents Hill Park. “Customer experience and sustainability is at the heart of what we do, and we’re proud to work with partners who help us deliver on that promise.” Kents Hill Park invites guests to experience the revamped restaurant.
