Overlooking the stunning Hampshire Downs, the Weybrook Suite is perfectly placed for your memorable events. Brilliantly peaceful and secluded, yet only minutes from the town centre, our venue is ideally situated between Basingstoke and Newbury.

The Suite boasts a high vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, mirroring the style of a barn venue, yet remaining modern, light and airy with large open windows and a great view over our pristine golf course.

The room can be tailored to your every need, from an evening wedding reception, to a business conference, the space perfectly adapts to every situation. We have played host to all kinds of events including Awards Ceremonies, Banqueting, Birthday Parties, Christmas Parties, Business Conference, Business Exhibitions, Corporate Events, Training Workshops, Dinner Dances, Seminars, Funeral Receptions, Fashion Shows, Meetings, Hospitality, Kids Parties, Gala Dinners, Private Dining, Private Parties, Product Launches, Drinks Receptions, Team Building and Training days.

The private suite can seat 70 people for an evening wedding reception or banquet style meal, prepared by our team of talented and creative chefs. For a conference or business presentation, we can accommodate 100 people in a theatre style or 30 people in a U shape. Evening receptions and parties benefit from the spacious clubhouse, with room for up to 150 guests to celebrate with live music, a DJ or entertainers. Our onsite bar is just a few steps from the suite itself, with everything contained in a great space for your guests.
