Venue Description
Roehampton Venues SW15 blends modern facilities with historic charm on the edge of Richmond Park, with quick connections to central London. At its centre is the Elm Grove Conference Centre, a contemporary venue designed for year-round events, alongside Grove House, a Grade II listed Georgian villa ideal for summer celebrations and team activities.
Elm Grove Conference Centre
Elm Grove offers flexible, technology-rich spaces created for comfort and creativity. The Oak Suite divides into three rooms and features 98” screens, touch-screen AV, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking landscaped gardens. Two adjacent boardrooms provide private meeting space for up to ten delegates. The top-floor Lime Tree Suite delivers panoramic views across SW15 and the City, making it a bright setting for catering, networking, or exhibitions. Guests can also stay on-site in 31 modern en-suite bedrooms. Designed to inspire collaboration, Elm Grove includes high-speed Wi-Fi, integrated AV, adjustable lighting, acoustic panels, magnetic walls, and a rooftop terrace with treetop views across London.
Grove House
Open at weekends and throughout summer, Grove House is a beautiful Georgian villa with original features. The grand Portrait Room hosts up to 150 guests for seated dinners, while the light-filled Terrace Room opens onto gardens with lake views, creating an ideal setting for receptions and summer parties. The surrounding grounds offer a picturesque space for outdoor celebrations, team-building, and BBQs, supported by our dedicated events team.
Modern, Affordable Guest Bedrooms
Elm Grove’s 31 en-suite bedrooms are available year-round, offering comfortable, convenient accommodation close to Richmond Park and Kew Gardens, with easy access to central London. Additional ensuite rooms are available across campus for group stays during the summer.

Location
Our venues are situated in the stunning parkland campuses of Roehampton University; we are just a five minute bus ride from Barnes mainline station and minutes from the A3. There are also regular bus services from Putney, Wimbledon and Hammersmith which all have underground stations direct to Central London - only 15 minutes away. We are within easy reach of Heathrow and Gatwick airport and have a number of car parking spaces available on site.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you again for all your incredible support – we had an absolutely wonderful time, and your help really made the planning process feel like a breeze!
The team was amazing throughout the planning stages. Julia, in particular, was fantastic – she answered all of my (many!) questions with such patience and gave us so much confidence that everything would go smoothly.
On the day itself, Julia and the team were always on hand, super attentive, and checked in on us regularly, which we really appreciated.
The space itself was perfect – bright, airy, and exactly what we were looking for. And the catering? Honestly, it went above and beyond our expectations. We received so many compliments from our guests!
Accommodation was also really well received – we had lots of great comments and no suggestions for improvement.
The venue was spotless too – very clean, with no complaints at all. And transport-wise, guests found it easy and accessible, which was a huge plus.
The whole team agreed that we’d love to come back and use Roehampton again for this event if we’re able to secure funding.

Valeriia was so efficient and helpful throughout, and both she and Ashlee were amazing in supporting me with the planning and on the day itself. The venue space was great, the catering was good, and my guests all commented on how clean and well-presented everything was. Transport links made it easy for everyone to get here, which was a big plus. Overall, the whole experience was seamless, and I would absolutely choose Roehampton Venues again for future events.

The Roehampton Venues team supported us exceptionally well from start to finish. The pre-planning call and regular email communication were very thorough and gave us real confidence ahead of the day. On site, everything was set up and ready on arrival, with the team adapting seamlessly when our guests arrived earlier than expected. The organiser and catering staff checked in regularly and were excellent, discreet and highly attentive throughout.
The event space was wonderful, with a great layout, plenty of natural light and reliable technology. Catering was outstanding and the cleanliness of all event spaces was excellent. While some guests found the distance from the station a little challenging, driving and on-site parking were straightforward and convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience.
