The BCEC at the Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre

Located in the City centre of Birmingham with easy access to transport links, by rail, Birmingham airport or motorway network the BCEC is perfect for local, national, European and global events.

We have 3 floors with over 2000 square meters of flexible space.

We have 21 multifunctional rooms available.

We can cater for meetings for a little as 2 people or up to 1000 delegates.

We have heavy goods lift for exhibition or showcase events.

All rooms come with high tech equipment, ClickShare technology, flat screen smart TV's or NEC Projectors and high speed wi-fi.

You also have access to a fully stocked refreshment station, with coffee machines,  flavoured syrups and specialist teas.

We are also linked to the Holiday Inn Birmingham with access to over 260 bedrooms.

Our Mercian Suite on the top floor can be divided into two separate event spaces, ideal for use as a ballroom, gala dinners, exhibition space, large conference.  We can accommodate 560 in the Mercian suite and foyer banqueting.

Our first floor has 14 individual meeting suites, 2 large breakout foyers.

Our ground floor comprises of 8 flexible meeting spaces, with the largest catering for up to 160 delegates, theatre style.

We have the ideal rooms for training, presentations, board meetings, interviews, gala balls, award ceremonies, AGM's, conferences, exhibitions, showcase events, weddings, and all other events.
