Catering
Our venue offers a comprehensive catering service to suit any event, from casual gatherings in our Meeting Rooms to formal seated banquets in The Great Hall. Enjoy a variety of delicious options, including sandwich platters, perfect for light lunches, and indulgent finger buffets ideal for social gatherings and conferences. For larger occasions, we provide full banquet services with gourmet dishes tailored to your preferences.

AV
We offer state of the art AV services to enhance your experience. Our AV solutions ensure seamless presentations and dynamic entertainment, thanks to the support of our expert technicians. Cutting edge equipment includes high-definition projectors, crystal clear sound systems, wireless microphones and customisable lighting setups.

Our technicians are on hand to provide full support, from setup to operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly. With flexible options to suit any event size or requirement, we bring your vision to life with professional-grade AV in all of our venues.

Meetings Rooms:

What is included in the meeting room hire?
- All our spaces include WIFI, AV equipment (such as projectors, screens and microphones), and restroom access. Additional items such as whiteboards and flipcharts can be included.

Can I customise the room layout?
- Yes, our meetings rooms are flexible and can be set up in various layouts to suit your event, including boardroom, theatre, classroom, and more. Let us know your preferred setup when booking.

Is catering available?
- We offer a range of catering packages, from tea and coffee to light buffets, aimed to suit all events. Please let us know your requirements and we will endeavour to meet them.

Are the meeting rooms accessible?
- All our meeting rooms are wheelchair accessible, with lift access to all floors.

Yplas is our most versatile venue, perfect for both daytime networking and night-time entertainment. With its mezzanine balcony and modern décor, Yplas is a firm favourite for conferences, trade shows and plenary sessions.

The Great Hall is a Cardiff classic, accommodating exhibitions, beer festivals and banquet dinners. The adaptable space makes it an ideal venue for larger conferences, fairs and celebrations.

YStiwdio is a multi purpose performance space designed to support creativity. Featuring a sprung dance floor, mirrored walls and a professional sound system, its perfect for private events and intimate social gatherings.
