Conference Hot Desking Packages

Valid from 18 March 2021 - Valid to 18 March 2022

Conference Hot desking package at Nettle Hill.

Monthly individual: £130

Monthly multiple (up to 3 persons): £200

5 day: £69 (equivalent to £13.80 per day and can be used non-consecutively and in 4 hour slots)

1 day: £17

Prices are fully inclusive of VAT, service charges & business rates. All fees are payable in advance.

Extra charges apply to:

• Scanning, printing and photocopying (although small amounts are not charged for)

• Meeting room hire, a choose from different sized rooms from 2 people to 150 people

• Refreshments and catering from The Garden Kitchen

• Zoom or Teams meeting room and equipment

• A choice of workstations: individual table, group table ( for bubbles) & stand-up tables
• Your own table space, chair and power sockets for charging your mobile, tablet or laptop
• WiFi
• On-site parking
• Open between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays)
• Use of Chill out area
• VAT and business rates
