The Braxted Park Pavilion, set in the beautifully restored Walled Garden, is the ideal venue for any corporate party or event. The Pavilion can hold between 50 and 350 people and the flexible space makes it suitable for any size party, whether a fully seated corporate function, awards ceremony or cocktail party.
This stunning venue comes with a full working bar and dedicated experienced front of house staff, while audio visual equipment, stage, dancefloor and flexible catering options are also available.

The Orangery is a stunning room set inside the main Braxted Park house. The double aspect room overlooks the gardens and grounds of the estate, and can be used in conjunction with the adjoining Lantern Room or nearby Dining Room.
Popular for hosting civil wedding ceremonies, the Orangery can seat up to 150 theatre style or 60 people cabaret/dinner dance style and has full access to WiFi and audio visual equipment
The main function room within the Braxted Park House, the Ball Room is an elegant space that can be tailored to your event, whether it's a conference or a formal evening drinks event.
The light and very bright Ball Room can seat 80 people in a theatre style layout, suitable for conferences, and can comfortably hold up to 120 people a dinner dance, or 150 people for a drinks event.
Looking out across the Estate, the Dining Room is a really versatile part of the Braxted Park House. Beautiful oak panels line the walls hung with ancestral paintings creating an impressive but welcoming backdrop for board-meetings, gala dinners and client hospitality.
This room is ideal for that smaller occasion, or indeed to compliment activities within the Ball Room, Reception Hall and Orangery. It can also be incorporated into team building activities in the Cookery School at Braxted Park or used for private dining experiences.
The largest and most flexible space at Hylands Estate is the modern Grand Pavilion. It provides the perfect setting for a large variety of events and functions.
Complete with sparking chandeliers and ivory drapes, The Grand Pavilion offers a contemporary celebration space, perfect for you to decorate in your own unique way. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to wash over the room whilst guests enjoy private views of the courtyard garden with steps leading to the Pleasure Gardens and landscaped parkland beyond.
As a business venue this impressive space is perfect to host seminars, meetings, large shows and exhibitions. It was completed in 2014 with a stunning bar, PA sound system and atmospheric mood lighting.
Hanbury Suite
Situated on the first floor at the front of the building is The Hanbury Suite with it’s own private refreshment area. Set out as a boardroom this space is ideal for smaller meetings for up to 10 people where you would like your own private, undisturbed space.
Drawing Room
The Drawing Room has a fabulously ornate and gilded ceiling, which is complemented by the gorgeous hand-painted wall motifs and stunning marble fireplace.
Library
The room is opulently decorated with 24 carat gold leaf swag and scroll decorations with the original Italian marble fireplace completing the luxurious stately look.
Banqueting Room

Terrace Room
For business events it is an ideal space for tea & coffee breaks and lunch.

Our Essex Room is located on the first floor and is accessible via stairs only. A marvelous room with enough space to fit up to 50 people. This room is ideal for medium size conferences, team buildings and private celebrations.

2023 Formula One Constructors’ champions, Oracle Red Bull Racing, have launched a new incentive that allows guests to train like an F1 driver and learn what it takes to be the best in the world. Visitors will be able to try their hand at a number of fitness tests and exercises and track their own performance against the likes of Max and Checo, before learning how these skills and insights can be transferred to the business world. A performance coach will also discuss performance preparation, data driven decision making and how you can become a corporate athlete. The package is the perfect addition to a corporate booking at MK-7 – the Team’s dedicated conference and events site in Milton Keynes. The Team’s Director of Events and Hospitality, Nick Kenton, said: “We’re always looking for new and innovative ways to enhance our corporate experiences and this offers guests insider knowledge on what it takes to be the very best.
