Fully air-conditioned, with natural daylight and excellent WiFi coverage, the Castle Suite can be sub-divided into two separate suites. The room can accommodate 110 for theatre-style events or 80 guests in cabaret. A dropdown screen and LCD projector provide facilities for speakers and presentations.

Set on the ground floor, our St George's Suite is the perfect meeting & small conference room to seat up to 50 guests in theatre layout or 35 guests in a cabaret or classroom setting.

This elegant room also acts as a superb private dining venue.

With plenty of natural daylight and superb views across Windsor's rooftops, the first-floor boardrooms at Macdonald Windsor Hotel are an unrivalled executive venue. You can invite up to 21 colleagues or partners to gather around a stylish boardroom table with comfortable leather chairs. Technology is taken care of by a large-screen TV with LCD connections for laptops, and free WiFi.

These rooms are the perfect solution for your small meeting or interview, or a good accompaniment to a larger meeting elsewhere in the hotel. With a capacity of twelve apiece, both of these first-floor boardrooms offer plenty of natural daylight and views across Windsor's rooftops.

One of our biggest spaces, it has a 250-person dinner/dance capacity with an adjoining large patio and grassed area. However, the backdrop of the beautiful river also works well for providing an inspirational setting for conferences and exhibitions

With a celebratory feel, this space is great for parties and smaller wedding receptions. Able to seat 70 in a dinner/dance layout, with its own bar. This space allows you room to party without your guests feeling lost.
